Affiliate / Privacy / Refund / Delivery
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the YourWebCreative Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
YourWebCreative reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. YourWebCreative cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other graphics we provide with your Affiliate Code on your site, in your emails, or in other communications. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork to use in linking to YourWebCreative. We may change the design of the artwork at any time without notice, but we won’t change the dimensions of the images without proper notice.
To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with special link formats to be used in all links between your site and YourWebCreative. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and YourWebCreative properly utilizes such special link formats. Links to the YourWebCreative placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement and which properly utilize such special link formats are referred to as “Special Links.” You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales on a YourWebCreative occurring directly through Special Links; we will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you or someone you refer to use Special Links or incorrectly type your Affiliate Code, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement.
Referral fees and payment
For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through a Special Link from your site, email, or other communications to YourWebCreative.com and complete an order for a product during that session.
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.
Identifying yourself as an Affiliate
You may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish the relationship between us and you, say you offer our services or say you are part of YourWebCreative.
You may not purchase services through your affiliate links for your own use. Such purchases may result (in our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees and/or the termination of this Agreement.
Once someone has purchased our services via your affiliate link you will be paid 90 days after each sale. This is because we provide our clients with a 90 day money back guarantee period to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services.
Term of the Agreement and Program
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to YourWebCreative, and all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the Program. YourWebCreative reserves the right to end the Program at any time.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for YourWebCreative.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:
• What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
• What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
• The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
• How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to process a payment.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to our client prior to an order being placed. Project completion times are estimates between 1 week to one month depending on the size of the project.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to deliver our services on time as per the delivery times stated on our website.

We require a 50% deposit to begin the designing stage of the website. After the design stage has been completed we will present the website to the client:
a) The client will confirm that they are satisfied with the design.
b) The client will confirm that they are not satisfied with the design.
In the case where our client chooses option (a) confirming they are happy with the initial design, we will continue to the development stage. After receiving a written confirmation from the client stating they are happy to continue, the deposit of 50% will no longer be refundable as we move forward with the next steps of the website creation process.
In the circumstance where the client chooses option (b) confirming they are not satisfied, we will do our best to make necessary changes to the design to meet the clients needs. If the client is still not satisfied and no longer wishes to continue, we will provide the client with a full refund of their 50% deposit.
